Water Convolvulus (Ipomoea aquatica)

Water Convolvulus, also known as water spinach, is a semi-aquatic plant native to Southeast Asia. It is used in cooking, especially in stir-fries.

Prefers well-drained, fertile soil and full sun to partial shade. Water regularly to keep the soil moist. Harvest leaves and stems when young and tender.
